Some patients arrive at our office full of confidence with a clear
vision as to what they would like to achieve and an enthusiasm to
proceed with their surgery. Other patients are somewhat apprehensive
and unsure about their concerns. Dr. Archer and his staff recognize
these differences exist and ensure that each patient is treated as a
unique individual.
We spend time with each patient in order to gain
an
understanding of their individual goals and expectations. Dr. Archer will
provide a clear and concise treatment plan including a full discussion of
any alternative approaches to achieve the desired final outcome. We want our
patients to feel that their questions were thoughtfully addressed, and
encourage them to return to the office for further appointments, as required,
until they are completely comfortable with their decision.

From the time of your first consultation, through your surgery, and eventually to your final follow-up visit, you will find Dr. Archer and his office staff
open, accessible, and committed to making your experience with us a pleasant
and positive one.
Aesthetic plastic
surgery involves techniques intended for the "enhancement" of
appearance through surgical and medical techniques, and is
specifically concerned with maintaining normal appearance, restoring
it, or enhancing it beyond the average level toward some aesthetic
ideal.
In 2010, nearly 13
million cosmetic procedures were performed in the United States
alone. The number of cosmetic procedures performed in the United
States has increased over 50 percent since the start of the century.
The five most common surgeries being breast augmentation,
liposuction, nasal surgery, eyelid surgery and abdominoplasty.
Cosmetic surgery is now very common in countries such as the United Kingdom,
France, and Germany. In Asia, cosmetic surgery has become an accepted
practice; currently most widely prevalent and normal in China where it is
currently Asia's biggest cosmetic surgery market.
